stocks are moving fast, thus some stock might be not available), after all stocks are confirmed, we will
calculate postal fee for you. |

| How to Pay? |

After your order is successfully submitted, do make payment as soon as possible to avoid stock shortage. Notify us after payment has made by clicking "Payment Notification" your order list, fill in payment bank, reference no. and amount paid, your stock will be send out in the next working day after your payment is confirmed. |

Exchange Policy:
1. All exchange item should have original packing, accessories, and reason of exchange
2. To reach the target of hassle free internet purchase, QC are done strictly for every item, in case if you
found any defective products, please contact us in 3 days time for exchange after receiving it.
3. Exchange item is allowed to change for the same model only
4. Our terms of definition for defects includes, manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of
clothes is missing
5. Exchange for defective products must be done within period stated, additional postal fee will be bore by
IkkaFashion
6. For exchange exceeded exchange period stated, if IkkaFashion agree to exchange, additional postal fee
will be bore by buyer

Prices displayed are excluding postal fee, buyers need pay the postal fee separately (please refer to Postal Fee)
What if I’ve submitted order and some of the stock are sold out?
Due to fast selling of our products, if found any stock sold out after payment has made, you can choose any of the options below:
(1) Change to other product
(2) Keep the credit in your account for next purchase use
(3) To send out part of your order first
Is the measurements stated accurate?
Measurements stated are for your reference, there might be a difference of 0.5-2.0cm vary to the real item

What should I do in order to have my order proceed as fast as possible?

For items that are sold out, buyer can request to send out available items first, extra payment can be use to change other item or use for next purchase, this will help in processing your order fast as well.
